Massimo started his career at Andersen Consulting, then moved into CFO roles at major retail, luxury and industrial electronics firms, focusing on business transformation.
He has restructured businesses, managed post-acquisition due diligence and implemented far-reaching strategic change across a wide range of companies. Between 2006 and 2019 Massimo led Accenture’s finance and accounting offering in Italy, looking after areas such as risk management, shared services implementation and financial planning and analysis.
He has helped clients all over the world transform their processes and enhance productivity, with the help of robotics and data-driven tools.
