Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) are fundamental values for Epipoli, essential for creating an open, fair, respectful, and pluralistic work environment where every individual can express their potential.
Diversity characterizes people in terms of gender, age, abilities, origins, ethnicity, native language, affective and sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, social condition, education, health status, family or marital status, creed, image, etc. - in short, all the characteristics that make people unique.
Inclusion, on the other hand, involves creating an organizational culture that allows all people to feel welcomed, respected, and valued, ensuring equal opportunities for participation and contribution.
Finally, equity is a process aimed at ensuring that processes and programs are objective and impartial, providing equal outcomes for every individual while considering the unique characteristics and differences of each person. The DE&I themes are part of the value framework that characterizes Epipoli, the key elements of which are defined in its Code of Ethics and detailed in the DE&I Policy.

Reporting Channels
Epipoli adopts a zero-tolerance approach to any form of abuse, harassment, or discriminatory behavior in the workplace, in line with current regulations and its ethical values.
Employees, collaborators, candidates (during the selection process), members of governing bodies, and supply chain partners can report any experiences of harassment, sexist attitudes, disrespectful behaviors, or situations that have caused discomfort or distress, within the organization or in the course of their work, in a safe and confidential manner.
Such circumstances always constitute violations of the Epipoli S.p.A. Code of Ethics and, as such, can be reported through the internal Whistleblowing channel, accessible from the Company's website.
The use of the channel, which also allows for anonymous reporting, is governed by Epipoli's specific 'Whistleblowing Policy'.
If a report does not receive a response within the established timeframe, the reporting person has the right to contact the Territorial Equality Councilor, a public official tasked with protecting the right to equality and authorized to take legal action.
