Once again this year, the Food Collection can count on a precious ally: the Epipoli Charity Cards for the Banco Alimentare Foundation will allow the National Day of November 27 to be extended, giving the opportunity to donate, even digitally, from 28 November to 5 December 2021. .
After the success achieved in 2020 , Banco Alimentare has in fact confirmed the collaboration with Epipoli, the Italian fintech group, market leader in prepaid cards, engagement and couponing systems, to renew the Charity Card and offer an additional tool to the many Italians who for years they have supported the initiative of solidarity and altruism for the most needy.
The 2021 Food Collection will take place on Saturday 27 November: 145,000 volunteers, spaced out and equipped with green passes, in 12,000 supermarkets throughout the peninsula, will invite you to buy long-life products: baby food, tuna and canned meat, rice, oil, legumes, sauces and peeled tomatoes, biscuits.
The donated products will be distributed to 7,600 charitable structures affiliated with Banco Alimentare (canteens for the poor, communities for minors, solidarity counters, reception centers, etc.) which support almost 1.7 million people.
The Banco Alimentare Charity Card will allow each consumer to donate part of their shopping simply by purchasing the 2, 5 or 10 euro card in their trusted supermarket or online at www.mygiftcard.it . The corresponding value will be transformed into an expense for the Food Collection, an appointment that this year is more than ever inevitable.
The Banco Alimentare Charity Cards can be purchased at the points of sale of the main brands including: Basko, Bennet, Conad, Esselunga, Gruppo Arena, Il Gigante, La Grande I, Sigma, Maxi Di, Iperal and Tigros.

By connecting to the site https://bancoalimentare.mycharitycard.it/ it will then be possible to download the symbolic certificate in your own name or in the name of a friend to whom you want to give the paternity of the donation and stay updated day by day on the progress of the Food Collection thanks to the meters that indicate how many and which goods have already been donated to the most needy .
MyCharityCard is the division of Epipoli specialized in the issue of cards for charity purposes. From Unicef to Banco Alimentare, passing through the Niguarda Hospital in Milan, there are many organizations that have relied on Epipoli to make it even easier to do a good deed.
